🚧 Expanding soon — full Trust Intelligence documentation is in progress.
What is Trust Intelligence?
Trust Intelligence is the scoring system inside BossMode that measures how much a stranger trusts your business based on observable signals. It’s not a vanity metric — it’s a diagnostic tool that identifies the specific gaps between where you are and where you need to be to close at your target price.
Seven dimensions are scored. Each one maps to real buying psychology:
| Dimension | What it measures |
|---|
| Proof | Do you have credible evidence that your offer works? |
| Authority | Do you know what you’re talking about, visibly? |
| Consistency | Are you showing up reliably, or sporadically? |
| Specificity | Are you concrete and precise, or vague and generic? |
| Risk Removal | How much of the buying risk have you taken off the table? |
| Social Proof | What do others say about working with you? |
| Urgency | Is there a real reason to act now? |
Powered by AvatarCzar
The Trust Intelligence engine is built on AvatarCzar — BossMode’s psychology module. AvatarCzar was developed to analyze the psychological gap between how a founder presents and how a buyer perceives. The Trust Score is the output.
Getting a score
The Trust Intelligence Score is free. It takes 3 minutes:
- Go to bossmode.ing/trust-score
- Enter your business details
- The AvatarCzar engine analyzes your inputs against the seven dimensions
- You receive a score from 0–100 with your top 3 gaps identified
Using scores in BossMode
When a prospect completes a Trust Score assessment, their score and gap profile are stored. If they apply to the Accelerator, their score data pre-populates the application and informs the qualification conversation.
Operators can pull Trust Score data via API:
curl -sH "x-bossmode-token: $BOSSMODE_API_TOKEN" \
