AI Revenue Engine

The AI Revenue Engine is the managed system for local-service businesses where revenue leaks through calls, web leads, estimates, quotes, and rep follow-up. Customer-facing promise:

What it includes

The full package starts at $4,995/month and includes:

How the loop works

  1. A customer calls or submits a lead form.
  2. The AI front desk answers, qualifies, and books the estimate when approved rules allow it.
  3. The sales pipeline is updated with the contact, opportunity, notes, and source.
  4. The agent work computer checks quotes, rep follow-up, booked-versus-completed estimates, and exception rules.
  5. The owner receives alerts for urgent items and a weekly revenue-leak report.

Approval rules

The Engine is not allowed to invent prices or make risky promises. Each client gets approval rules during onboarding. Default owner review is required for:
  • high-value or unusual jobs,
  • commercial, HOA, property-manager, or same-day urgent work,
  • discounts or custom pricing,
  • warranty, insurance, liability, legal, financial, or safety questions,
  • angry customers,
  • anything outside the approved script.

Ads add-on

The AI Lead Acquisition Add-On is optional. Use it only when the business needs more inbound demand. Typical pricing:
  • setup: 1,5001,500–3,500,
  • management: 1,5001,500–4,000/month,
  • ad spend: paid separately by the client.
The add-on can include ad strategy, offer angles, Meta or Google lead campaigns, landing page or lead form setup, tracking, immediate callback for ad leads, and campaign reporting. It does not include guaranteed ad results, unlimited creative, ad spend, cold SMS blasting, bought-list outreach, or unsupported claims.

What this is not

This is not just an AI receptionist. The phone layer is only the front door. The value comes from the managed operating loop behind it: pipeline updates, quote aging, rep accountability, owner alerts, and reporting. This is also not autonomous pricing. Human approval rules stay in place for anything risky or outside the approved script.
