## Overview

The Content Engine Pack is built for creators, newsletter operators, podcasters, and anyone whose business model is built on consistent content output and audience relationship. The consigliere manages your publishing cadence, monitors growth signals, and escalates monetization decisions to you.

## What's included

* **Publishing standing orders** — rules for content cadence, topic approval, and distribution timing
* **Audience growth playbooks** — `capo_marketing` configured for organic content distribution
* **Monetization governance** — standing orders that gate sponsorship, affiliate, and offer decisions
* **Engagement signal monitoring** — automated escalation on open rate drops, unsubscribe spikes, and negative feedback
* **Content templates** — directive patterns for newsletter issues, social repurposing, and lead magnets
