# Agency Ops Pack

> The Agency Ops Pack configures BossMode for done-for-you agencies and client service firms. Client delivery, team coordination, and revenue tracking — all governed by the consigliere.

<Warning>🚧 Expanding soon — full Agency Ops Pack documentation is in progress.</Warning>

## Overview

The Agency Ops Pack is designed for done-for-you agencies, client service firms, and any business where you're delivering work on behalf of clients. The consigliere tracks client health, manages delivery milestones, and escalates risk before it becomes a problem.

## What's included

* **Client health standing orders** — automated escalation when delivery is at risk
* **Revenue recognition rules** — monthly retainer tracking, upsell triggers, and churn prevention signals
* **Team coordination playbooks** — `capo_ops` configured for multi-client delivery management
* **Scope creep governance** — standing orders that flag out-of-scope requests for approval
* **Reporting templates** — client-facing report generation queued for your review before send

## Installation

```bash theme={null}
curl -sX POST https://bossmode.ing/api/pro/packs/install \
  -H "x-bossmode-token: $BOSSMODE_API_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{ "pack": "agency-ops" }'
```

## Key standing orders (pre-loaded)

* Delivery milestones not hit within 48h of deadline escalate automatically
* Client satisfaction signals (NPS drop, support volume spike) trigger immediate review
* Scope additions over 10% of monthly retainer value require sign-off
* Monthly reports queue for approval 48h before send date
* Client offboarding requests escalate before any action is taken

## Revenue model assumptions

* Retainer range: $2,000 — $20,000/month per client
* Client count: 3–20 active accounts
* Delivery model: done-for-you with regular reporting cadence
* Primary retention driver: results + relationship
